I've been hearing a lot of people lately
decrying America because we're interested in the Alex Rodriguez divorce/Madonna story. It's not a new thing. Humans have been interested in scandal and gossip since we formed spoken language. What's up with the recent badmouthing of interest in this story? There's entire shows (Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, TMZ) that have been doing this shit for years. Why is this instance something where we should steer clear and take the higher road?
