Motherfucker ALWAYS has to mention how he gets a Subway Meatball Sandwich before the Reds games. Does he eat anything else? Does he want free meatball subs from Subway? He ALWAYS mentions the meatball sub! Maddening!

Yesterday Casey and I went to the Reds game. Why? The weather was going to be good. There were half price tickets. And Casey hadn't been out since his surgery. We paid $33 for two tickets. The girls opted not to go. We paid $7.50 for a Subway Meatball Sandwich and two drinks to take in our cooler. And we parked across from the Hyatt on 5th street for $5.
I bought a scorecard and pencil for Casey. We settled into our seats. 5 minutes into the game it was over. Miserable. Honestly, I wanted to hunt down Castellini and ask for my money back.
And you know what else I noticed? The park is really a circus that happens to have a baseball game going on. If they aren't putting a ball under a plate of Skyline, they are having fans pick a box with dirty socks in them or racing mascots. It's MLB baseball, not the minor leagues. I want a winning product. All in all we spent $47. Spending time with Casey is priceless. Spending $47 on the Reds Sunday was a waste of money.
It really is a shame. I would like to have seen Reds workers handing out ticket vouchers as everyone walked out, and heard them say, "Sorry about today...we appreciate you coming...please try us another time on us.
