One glance at that picture and I think it is from the early 90s.
But then I notice that Tony Battie is in the foreground in a Nets uniform. I know he's been around for a while, but I think this is his first year with the Nets...
That haircut is strong! The only thing stronger would be wearing a pair of shorts that stop well above his knees.

Jennings rocked this in the McD's All-American game 2 years ago. Hopefully it is here to stay this time.
