Default Leslie Frazier

What are the thoughts here on Leslie Frazier?

He was fired as Bengals DC prior to Bresnhan. Now, he is a HC candidate.

Was he a victim of poor players here in Cincy, or has he improved that much?

Did Marvin possibly hold him back?

Great question. He certainly didn't get the job done here but he's been successful everywhere since then. Why is that? I'm guessing he and Marvin didn't mesh in their philosophies and Leslie was a young coach when he was here. Maybe he's just learned from the experience and gotten smarter since then.
