Paul Keels, radio voice of Ohio State athletics, will serve as play-by-play broadcaster for televised Cincinnati Reds games not led by Thom Brennaman on Fox Sports Ohio.

I'm a big fan of Keels so this is great news. I don't think I have ever heard him call baseball.

Announcers are less expensive as players. Some will be fooled by the announcments of 100 play by play guys being added and think the team is active. When nf fact they are all cheap bastards.
