Default Is this irresponsible?

Clarett was arrested near the home of a witness set to testify against him in a separate robbery case, the Franklin County prosecutor said.
What conclusion do you suppose Mr. Prosecutor would like us to reach? I'm not a Maurice apologist - He belongs behind bars getting psychological counseling. But how close was he? 10 miles? 2 miles? 20 miles? He was arrested in some restaurant parking lot where he pulled over after the police destroyed his tires, it's not like he had a whole hell of a lot of choice where to pull over once his car was inoperable. It's not like he was in the driveway of some testifying witness, with his gun cocked.

Maybe my OSU bias is kicking in and I'm overreacting to this comment...

The Prosecutor is doing his job to sway opinion, I think this goes back the media not doing their job to discuss facts.

I guess the fact is "the Franklin County prosecutor said", maybe it is a fact that he said it, but yeah, you'd think the reporter would have the responsibility to verify whether it's true or not if they're going to print it.

[edit] And you know - what happened to innocent until proven guilty... why should he even try to sway opinion outside of a courtroom. Yeah, I'm totally with you on this.

Considering the guy had a bullet-proof vest, 4 loaded guns, a hatchet and 1/2 bottle of Grey Goose, his extra statement probably wasn't neccesary.

This may be the best Photoshop of Maurice I've seen. The Tee Jayes logo is a nice touch
