2006-2007 Football Season Predictions
I thought it might be fun to have a thread where everyone puts in their predictions for the upcoming football season.
Who are going to be stand-out players? Which 4th-5th round fantasy draft pick will step up and breakthrough to be a 1st-2nd round pick next year? Which teams will be in the Superbowl? Which 1st-2nd round pick will bust this year and and go for 4th-5th next year? What backup QB will be the first to unseat their starter? Who will be the rookie of the year? Which coaches will be fired before the season is even over? When will Brett Favre realize he's washed up?
Any predictions anyone has about the season, post them here. I think it will be fun the week before the SuperBowl to bump this thread back to the top and see what we thought would happen vs. what actually happened.

I can't believe I predicted the Bengals there, in all seriousness. If they're on and healthy, no one in the league can beat them.

Carson Palmer will bring the Bengals to the SuperBowl and win it. Disney will buy the rights to his life story featuring last year, this summer, and this year. He will be played by Bill Paxton and Chad Johnson will star as himself.
Tiki Barber will have an outstanding year and be in the top 3 of the draft next year.

I meant to bump this up just before the SuperBowl but forgot about it...
Props to JMart for calling "Comeback Team: New Orleans"!! Who would have guessed? (beside JMart, that is) too bad he also called Phillip Rivers a bust player! not that I can talk... I had L.T.!!
At least no one had the Raiders as a Comeback Team!!
