As usual, the Piece of Shit broadcast the procedure to all those in the office, and I suspect, on air, looking for sympathy for himself (ratings).
Pathetic.........

Motherfucker ALWAYS has to mention how he gets a Subway Meatball Sandwich before the Reds games. Does he eat anything else? Does he want free meatball subs from Subway? He ALWAYS mentions the meatball sub! Maddening!

Sad
Yesterday Casey and I went to the Reds game. Why? The weather was going to be good. There were half price tickets. And Casey hadn't been out since his surgery. We paid $33 for two tickets. The girls opted not to go. We paid $7.50 for a Subway Meatball Sandwich and two drinks to take in our cooler. And we parked across from the Hyatt on 5th street for $5.
I bought a scorecard and pencil for Casey. We settled into our seats. 5 minutes into the game it was over. Miserable. Honestly, I wanted to hunt down Castellini and ask for my money back.
And you know what else I noticed? The park is really a circus that happens to have a baseball game going on. If they aren't putting a ball under a plate of Skyline, they are having fans pick a box with dirty socks in them or racing mascots. It's MLB baseball, not the minor leagues. I want a winning product. All in all we spent $47. Spending time with Casey is priceless. Spending $47 on the Reds Sunday was a waste of money.
It really is a shame. I would like to have seen Reds workers handing out ticket vouchers as everyone walked out, and heard them say, "Sorry about today...we appreciate you coming...please try us another time on us.

He's mentioned this cooler thing as well quite a bit this year. It's like he is trying to get asses in the seats by emphasizing how "cheap" it can be to attend a Reds game. He's always offering his Matarese-Style money saving tips. My only assumption is Lance has cut some deal with the Reds PR department to get the word out about how much a value Reds games are.

The bottom line is the genius still spent $47 plus gas on a POS team.
He could have spent that for his entire family and went to the Zoo which would have been much more entertaining.
And I really do not care what Fred is carrying in his cooler unless it is an ice cold beer and he wants to give me one.

Then he cries for refunds after the on-field product sucks. Cheap.
To be honest though, Lance made a convert out of me with the cooler thing. I give him credit for opening my eyes on that. I've been to 5-6 games this year and this is the first year I started bringing a cooler. I don't bring food other than peanuts, because I don't mind buying a dog or two (as overpriced as they are) - but I bring plenty of drinks. Diet cokes, Aquafinas, etc. Next time a guy seated near me is ordering a $4.50 water from the vendor, I should just offer him one of mine for $2.00.

The Reds let you bring a cooler into GABP with outside food and drink?
No wonder they have cash flow issues they obviously dont get a concessions cut. If they did they would never allow that or maybe they're just stupid.

Yep - soft-sided coolers are allowed. Any food you want, and any non-alcoholic drink as long as it is in a plastic bottle.

Seriously, how much longer is this bafoon going to be on the airwaves...I don't listen anymore...but seriously...this piece of shit is nothing more than a product whore who sacrifices his family for the sake of his career...
Truly...pathetic...

When he tells these hyper detailed stories about where he went and what he spent it reminds me of a co worker of mine. Dude does the exact same thing in emails.

You know what I don't get?
Political ad's that spend 27 of 30 seconds criticizing the other guy. I want to know why I should vote for a candidate...not why I shouldn't vote for the other guy. Seems simple. Don't tell me what the other guy can't do. Tell me what you can do. What does it say when a candidate chooses not to tout is own abilities? Who goes in to vote against a candidate?
|
i don't get uninformed voters who rely on commercials. want to know what the candidate can do, will do, their abilities? look at their record. as marvin would say, 'i see better than i hear'. pretty simple.

Heard Lancey Boy was lamenting the fact that his kids told him to go fuck himself when he tried to force a fruit pie on them.
He trouobled that a "family tradition" is going down the tubes.
Here's hoping that Casey shitcans another tradition of sitting on the porch all summer playing fantasy baseball or other sports games.
