I can understand people getting all fired up about ObamaCare (recently rebranded by the RNC as PelosiCare) but man, who the fuck cares if he bowed to that old man? I'd rather see the POTUS show these people a tiny bit of respect than puke all over them.
I do find it odd that Obama is doing some sort of bow/handshake hybrid. Is that normal to bow AND shake hands at the same time?

I know it is pretty rare for anyone to shake the hand of Japan's PM.

I think the whole thing is as petty as you do, but let's at least not play dumb. You know it has nothing to do with shaking a man's hand.

I really have no idea what the hubbub is about. The last time I checked, Obama is the President of the USA, not the world, so him bowing to the PM of Japan is nothing short of acting respectful to an equal leader in their home country. Does bowing to him make us look any worse to the eyes of the world than the attitude of George W. Bush did? I don't think so. But by all means, let's get worked up over something that is beyond trivial.

Is it ever good for a US President to bow to another head of state?

Is there any documented evidence of any of Barry O's predocessor's bowing to another head of state?
If it has never happened before, why not?
And, why did Barry choose to break this unwritten rule?
