i think it's great the Pope is going to do this

I think it is great the approach he is taking in general...especially with the pedo's that have preyed on children.

Well considering that Christian Iraqis, including priests and bishops trying to practice the religion he "stands for" have been slaughtered by Islamic extremists, and that the church has effectively been driven out of the country or underground, I seriously doubt that he'll gain any such "appreciation".
